Dr. Pauk and Staff provide our patients with the most advanced technology and the very best that dentistry has to offer. At Exeter Endodontics we remain fully committed to our vision of providing all our patients with the finest, most comprehensive endodontic treatment available.

OUR DOCTOR
Michael Pauk, DMD
Board Certified in Endodontics
Dr. Michael Pauk is committed to excellence in dentistry. He has achieved board certification from the American Board of Endodontics,
an achievement reached by only one-fifth of all endodontists. A Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, Dr. Pauk has reached the
pinnacle of his specialty.
Dr. Pauk earned his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, with a minor in English, from St. Lawrence University in 2006. In 2010 he graduated
magna cum laude with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University.
Dr. Pauk went on to specialize in endodontics, and completed a two-year postdoctoral residency at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman
School of Dental Medicine. Upon completion of this program he was awarded a certificate in advanced graduate studies in endodontics.
During his residency, he was trained to treat complex root canals under a dental operating microscope and perform endodontic microsurgery. He successfully treated patients at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Boston University faculty practice, both in Boston.

New Hampshire Dental Association
A native of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Dr. Pauk currently resides in Southern New Hampshire.

INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL POLICY
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's physical and psychological well being. Our office is committed to providing you with the best care possible. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and understanding of our financial policy.
As a dental care provider, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you, not with your dental insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for your account. If you have dental insurance, we will do our best to help you receive your maximum allowable insurance benefits-but we have no control over those benefits.
We recognize that not all of our patients have dental insurance. We do not offer payment plans, however, in order to better serve you, we have prepared several payment options:
SELF PAY
You are responsible for your fees at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. Care Credit is a line of credit dedicated to your health care needs. You must apply and be approved for Care Credit prior to your appointment. You may apply at www.carecredit.com. We offer 6 months no interest for balances $200 or more. Please note any charges under $200, Care Credit charges a standard APR of 26.99%.
DENTAL INSURANCE
You and your insurance company share responsibility for your fees and your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We are a participating provider of Delta Dental at the Premier Level. Although we are not an in-network provider for other dental insurance plans, we will happily submit claims on your behalf.
This will help you receive your maximum allowable insurance benefits- but we have no control over those benefits.
We do not accept or bill any medical insurance plans.
