OUR DOCTORS
Eric L. Gotlieb, DDS, MS
Endodontist
Dr. Gotlieb received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Maryland in 1998. He then received his DDS from the University Of Maryland Baltimore College Of Dental Surgery in 2002. Upon Graduation Dr. Gotlieb served in the United States Air Force for three years and rose to the rank of Captain. Upon fulfilling his service, he then attended Nova Southeastern University in Florida where he received his Endodontic Certificate and Masters of Science in June 2007.
Dr. Gotlieb is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association and the New Hampshire Dental Society. Dr. Gotlieb and his family live in Portsmouth New Hampshire.

INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL POLICY
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's physical and psychological well being. Our office is committed to providing you with the best care possible. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and understanding of our financial policy.
As a dental care provider, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you, not with your dental insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for your account. If you have dental insurance, we will do our best to help you receive your maximum allowable insurance benefits-but we have no control over those benefits.
We recognize that not all of our patients have dental insurance. We do not offer payment plans, however, in order to better serve you, we have prepared several payment options:
SELF PAY
You are responsible for your fees at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. Care Credit is a line of credit dedicated to your health care needs. You must apply and be approved for Care Credit prior to your appointment. You may apply at www.carecredit.com. We offer 6 months no interest for balances $200 or more. Please note any charges under $200, Care Credit charges a standard APR of 26.99%.
DENTAL INSURANCE
You and your insurance company share responsibility for your fees and your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We are a participating provider of Delta Dental at the Premier Level. Although we are not an in-network provider for other dental insurance plans, we will happily submit claims on your behalf.
This will help you receive your maximum allowable insurance benefits- but we have no control over those benefits.
We do not accept or bill any medical insurance plans.
