We are a contracted provider for Delta Dental Premier insurance. Accepted methods of payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit and cash. We no longer accept personal checks.

Financial Policy
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's physical and psychological well being. Our office is committed to providing you with the best care possible. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and understanding of our financial policy.

As a dental care provider, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you, not with your dental insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for your account. If you have dental insurance, we will do our best to help you receive your maximum allowable insurance benefits - but we have no control over those benefits.

Additionally, financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining important dental care treatment. We recognize that not all of our patients have dental insurance.

In order to better serve you, we have prepared several payment options to provide you with the flexibility that you deserve:
 
SELF PAY
You are responsible for your fees at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa® and MasterCard®, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. Care Credit is a line of credit dedicated to your health care needs, we offer 6 months no interest and you may apply for Care Credit at www.carecredit.com

DENTAL INSURANCE (Delta Dental Premier participating provider)
You and your insurance company share responsibility for your fees and your estimated portion is due at the time of service.

Our office does not bill any medical plans or auto insurance policies. Full payment for treatment due to an accident or congenital defects are due on the day services are rendered. Our office will provide you with the forms needed so you may seek reimbursement from your medical or auto insurance carrier.
